Well. I finally made a blog! About freaking time. Only took me all summer to do it.. haha. I'm officially a college kid. (: Dixie State all the way baby! I've only been to three days worth of classes and I'm already piling up the homework. I figured blogging could help me get my mind off school stress when I need it. And I can share my new life on here. Moving from Springville to St George, making new friends, meeting new people, going to new places.
Well, you're probably wondering why my blog is called Refrigerated Oreos. So, let me tell you. First of all. I LOVE oreos. I kid you not when I say that my grandma would buy a box of double stuf (I don't really know why they spell it with one f. But it's whatever) oreos, and I'd eat the whole thing by myself within a week. That went on for about three weeks or so. Fatty much? Maybe a little.. Anyways, when Miranda and I moved into our apartment it was soooo hot! The air conditioning wasn't working and we had gone grocery shopping. Well I was afraid that the frosting on my oreos would melt if I left them out on the counter in our 116 degree apartment. So I stuck them in the fridge. And guess what? It was a brilliant idea! Who knew cold oreos would be so delicious? When people open our fridge and see the oreos in there, they're like, "What the. Oreos in the fridge? Weird." Yes, it is weird. But they are delicious.
And that is how my blog became named, Refrigerated Oreos. (:
